INSPIRITING HUMAN POTENTIAL
THROUGH CREATION OF
MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS

About

At Pure Potential Recruitment, we believe in doing things a little differently. After years in the industry, we have identified the key to building fruitful, longstanding partnerships between companies and their employees – and believe that it starts at the very first interview.

We have spent years refining the art of human connection, enabling us to identify the full scope of possibility, both good and bad, when it comes to your potential candidates. Many get lost in the formalities of recruitment – it is, after all, extremely difficult to make a decision about someone through limited interaction. Dazzling diplomas and top-class credentials can blind even the most observant of recruiters, which is why we look beyond what is on paper to ensure that you have a full view of your potential candidates.

Our ability to create meaningful connections with our network of professionals means that by the time a name reaches your desk, we have made every effort to ensure that the candidate in question would be a good fit for your needs. From experience and ability, right down to how they would integrate with your team, all aspects of potential candidates are well considered.

About

Because part of our core belief is to remain limitless, we do not limit ourselves to placements within a specific industry. Our team is comprised of passionate, highly-qualified business associates and permanent executives across a variety of fields. These experts have the ability to unpack even the most intricate of job briefs, not from the point of view of an outsider, but as field specialists with first-hand experience. This allows them to comprehensively canvas potential candidates, using their expert industry knowledge to gauge their skill-level, and identify any weaknesses or gaps in ability.

We are renowned for permanent placements within numerous industries, including Engineering, Retail, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Construction, IT, Finance, Agriculture, Hospitality and General & Operational Management.

We also recruit across seniority levels, from junior to senior talent placements, and our tailored approach means that we are able to work with clients of all sizes - from multinational corporates looking for entire teams, to startup businesses looking for multi-skill professionals.

Our

Finding the right fit for your organisation means looking beyond the obvious. We don't rely on traditional recruitment practices, that often fall short when it comes to creating a full-view of candidates, but instead rely on a highly tailored approach that enables us to truly understand the needs of our clients, and the potential of our candidates.

This is known as the Pure Potential "Culture Tribe" methodology - a practice that entails rigorous client-side research, and scientifically-supported candidate screening, that allows us to evaluate true human potential, and provide our clients with top-tier talent. The science behind this methodology combines psychological assessment, psychometric tools and various soft-skills gained through formal academic training and years of experience.

First, we apply this methodology to our clients - gaining in-depth understanding of what makes up the heart of your organisation. We are able to achieve this by becoming entrenched in your company culture, through interaction with your staff, time spent learning about your approach, and of course, in-depth review of your needs and expectations.

We then unpack our research into a "Culture Tribe" employee profile - an overview of values, characteristics, skills and abilities that the ideal candidate would possess to be considered a perfect culture fit for your organisation.

This profile goes far beyond standard recruitment considerations. For example, a traditional recruiter may look for a candidate with (x) amount of experience and good references in close proximity to your location. A Pure Potential recruiter, however, will look for a candidate that meets those requirements, shares the same value system as your organisation, responds well to the management style employed by his/her potential manager, has a similar career trajectory to what can realistically be offered, and has a work style that is complimentary to the processes and way of work within your organisation.

As you can imagine, being able to identify these characteristics prior to employment can ease potential points of friction, allowing you to avoid walking into some common reasons people leave their employment - conflicting values, a disconnect in management style, lack of perceived opportunity and misaligned ways of working.

The expectation for employers to maintain a happy, fulfilled workforce is greater than ever before, and the three highest levels of Maslow's hierarchy of human needs are greatly impacted by factors set out in the workplace.

1. Self-actulisation Acheiving one's full potential, learning new skills, and taking on new challenges.

2. Esteem needs To be respected by one's peers, to feel important, and to be appreciated.

3. Belonging
The social need to belong, to bond with others and to form lasting attachments.

Fulfillment of these needs are greatly dictated by expectation. By getting to know both the company, and the candidates, on a psychological level, we can ensure that these expectations are aligned, avoiding situations where employee needs are not being met, in turn protecting our clients from potentially compromising situations. By ensuring that we provide the right fit for your team, we are creating the perfect foundation for employees to form lasting attachments, in turn, cultivating a true sense of belonging.
